The Staff Development Coordinator plays a key role in executing clinical education, providing training, and performing quality assurance audits under the guidance of the Director of Nursing. This position also involves supporting the recruitment of new staff and promoting initiatives focused on employee retention and professional growth. Applicants should be graduates of a recognized nursing program and possess an active RN license in Indiana.
