Job Summary
The Staff Nurse is responsible for implementing nursing processes that encompass assessment, planning, execution, and evaluation of safe therapeutic care within outpatient clinic settings. The role demands a focus on delivering quality nursing care to patients while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations.
- Perform triage to prioritize patient care needs.
- Maintain precise electronic health records for every patient.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant nursing experience.
- Possession of a valid California Registered Nurse license.
- Current certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
