Job description
**Job Title: Superintendent**
The Superintendent oversees all activities at the job site, which encompasses scheduling subcontractors, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that construction timelines are met from the permitting phase through to project closure. The role also involves managing the customer experience, facilitating homeowner orientations, and supervising warranty processes following project completion. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or a GED, along with two to four years of relevant experience in construction. A strong ability to interpret construction documents and a solid understanding of building codes are essential. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
