**Founding Recruiter**
The Founding Recruiter will establish the talent acquisition function from the ground up, overseeing the entire recruiting process for positions in research, engineering, policy, and operations. This role will involve collaborating with leadership to create hiring workflows, sourcing methodologies, and recruiting systems that facilitate the organization’s expansion. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in developing or enhancing a recruiting function within a growing organization, preferably in a startup or research-oriented environment. Essential attributes include strong prioritization skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and the capability to engage and secure passive candidates for complex technical roles.
