Job description
**Maintenance Supervisor**
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing the repair and upkeep of community facilities while guiding and mentoring a team of technicians. This role entails ensuring that service requests are addressed in a timely manner, overseeing budget management, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. A valid EPA Universal/HVAC certification is a mandatory requirement for this role.
