The Startup Specialist manages a portfolio of startups, providing support, tracking progress, and facilitating connections with mentors and investors. They also coordinate program events, workshops, and operational logistics to ensure the success of the BioLeap incubator. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business or a STEM field and possess at least one year of experience in startup or innovation ecosystems. Proficiency in project management, strong communication skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish are required.
