The Sterile Processing Technician plays a key role in examining, assembling, and assessing surgical instruments to guarantee their completeness and functionality. Additionally, they handle the decontamination of used instruments and equipment, adhering to established safety procedures. Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, or a minimum of one year of relevant job experience. Professional licenses or certifications may be considered in place of formal education or experience.
