Job Summary
Great Basin Orthopedics is on the lookout for a Sterile Processing Technician to become part of a dynamic team of surgeons and healthcare professionals. This role is critical in ensuring that surgical instruments are properly sterilized and readily available, contributing to a safe and efficient operating room environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform sterilization and packaging of surgical instruments.
- Facilitate turnover in the operating room.
- Assist with the management of supplies to ensure availability for surgical procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in sterile processing and instrumentation preferred.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and patient-focused setting.
