Job description
**Job Title: Retail Associate**
In this position, you will welcome and help customers, oversee the replenishment of merchandise, and ensure a smooth checkout process. You will also play a key role in promoting store initiatives and working alongside teammates to achieve company goals. Applicants should be a minimum of 16 years old and should be physically capable of handling tasks, including lifting items up to 25 lbs and navigating ladders. A flexible work schedule is essential, and a willingness to learn and utilize store technology is required.
