**Job Title: Associate**
The associate will play a key role in welcoming customers, helping them with their product inquiries, and boosting sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Additional responsibilities include keeping the store organized, restocking inventory, and ensuring a smooth checkout process for customers. Applicants should be at least 16 years old and able to handle physical tasks, including lifting items up to 25 lbs and climbing ladders. A flexible schedule is essential, along with the willingness to learn and use store technology effectively.
