**Job Title: Team Leader**
Guide a team in establishing engaging relationships and a sense of joy in the coffeehouse atmosphere. Oversee the daily operations of the business while nurturing an inviting environment for the community. A minimum of 3 years in retail or customer service management, or over 4 years of service in the US Military, is required. Applicants should have exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with a high school diploma or GED.
