Job description
The Store Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing sales performance, managing day-to-day store functions, and guaranteeing that company protocols are followed consistently. This position also involves training and guiding team members to provide outstanding customer service while achieving set production targets. Ideal candidates will have a background in leading and coaching effective sales teams and exhibit excellent communication abilities. A 2- or 4-year degree is mandatory, and a Property and Casualty license is desirable.
