Job description
**Job Title: Team Leader**
Guide a team to cultivate significant connections and joyful experiences for customers within a coffeehouse setting. Oversee daily operational activities while nurturing a friendly community atmosphere and providing mentorship to team members. A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or customer service management is required, or alternatively, 4+ years of service in the US Military. Applicants should demonstrate robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with flexibility to work a full-time, varied schedule.
