**Loan Production Associate**
The Loan Production Associate oversees the loan process, ensuring that all required documents and contingencies are satisfied for the closing of Commercial and Agricultural loans. This role serves as a bridge between clients, lenders, and underwriters to guarantee precise data entry and timely closings in accordance with banking regulations. Applicants should possess an Associate’s degree in a related field or have a minimum of three years of experience in lending, loan processing, or banking. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational, and numerical skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
