**Facilities Maintenance Manager**
The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing and managing both predictive and preventative maintenance activities throughout various regional facilities. This position involves leading a team of technicians and collaborating with store managers and vendors to maintain operational efficiency, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulations. Applicants should have a valid Master Electrician License and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities or construction management. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field may be considered in lieu of certain years of experience, based on the specific qualifications.
