Job Summary
This role focuses on overseeing Utility Profit’s largest single-family rental accounts. The primary goal is to cultivate relationships with stakeholders and develop strategic account plans aimed at enhancing retention, promoting platform adoption, and driving revenue growth. The position entails managing expansion targets, pinpointing and seizing opportunities within current accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to address challenges while advocating for partner needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders in the single-family rental market.
- Develop and execute account plans that emphasize retention and platform engagement.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and lead initiatives to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tackle issues and ensure that partner requirements are met.
- Take ownership of an expansion target and contribute to overall revenue objectives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of six years in strategic account management or a comparable role with revenue responsibilities.
- Experience in the single-family rental industry is essential.
- A demonstrated history of generating expansion revenue and achieving revenue or retention targets.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly at the executive level.
- Self-motivated with a practical approach to managing responsibilities.
- Knowledge of property management platforms is advantageous.
