Job description
**Job Title:** Lead Structural Engineer
As a Lead Structural Engineer, you will spearhead the structural design for an array of projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. You will oversee project management to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. A Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a specialization in structures and a Professional Engineer (PE) license is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering, with a preference for those with over 10 years of experience.
