Job Summary

The role of Structural Engineer (SE – Civil/Truss) is essential for the successful execution of engineering projects within the organization. This position is based in Tarrant, Alabama, and involves working onsite. As a key contributor, the Structural Engineer ensures projects meet all structural integrity and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in various phases of project development from inception through to completion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and analyze structures.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to support the development of engineering solutions that meet client needs.
  • Uphold compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in engineering.
  • Engage in effective communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Structural Engineer (SE) license or a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in structural engineering design and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
