Job Summary
The Structural Engineer (SE – Civil/Truss) plays a vital role in the design and analysis of structural systems, particularly focusing on civil engineering and truss-related projects. This position is located in Montgomery, Alabama and requires a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, along with relevant licensure.
Responsibilities
- Engage in comprehensive design and analysis of structural components and frameworks.
- Collaborate with team members throughout various project phases, from inception to completion.
- Oversee the implementation of engineering standards and best practices.
- Assist in the recruitment process and the development of new employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Possession of a Structural Engineer (SE) license or a Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting with strong communication skills.
- Experience in managing projects and delivering results within set deadlines.
