Job description
**Structural Engineering Team Lead**
The Structural Engineering Team Lead is tasked with delivering technical guidance, overseeing projects, and mentoring team members while actively enhancing business development and fostering client relationships. This role includes the responsibility for managing project timelines, budgets, and developing detailed construction documents. Applicants should hold a valid Structural Engineer license in California and have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the field of structural engineering. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Structural Engineering is necessary, complemented by excellent communication skills and proficiency in seismic design and applicable building codes.
