Job Summary
The student intern will have the opportunity to engage in a rotational program across different departments to gain insights into manufacturing techniques, support operations, and understand product applications, all while receiving mentorship. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Engage in various department rotations to learn about manufacturing processes.
- Support operational functions under the guidance of a mentor.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions.
- Follow established safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and activities.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Demonstrate basic reading, writing, and computer proficiency.
- Show a keen interest in areas related to Clampco processes.
- Able to meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift weight up to 75 lbs.
