**Subscriber Programming SME**
The Subscriber Programming Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for creating, testing, and implementing subscriber-radio codeplugs to guarantee seamless interoperability and operational effectiveness for both customer and partner entities. This position involves diagnosing performance issues and overseeing extensive field-programming implementation efforts. Ideal candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in programming Motorola P25 subscriber devices and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of radio programming standards. Additionally, the role necessitates the ability to achieve a DHS suitability determination and requires U.S. citizenship.
