The Protection and Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing engineering and design activities for extensive renewable energy substation initiatives. This role involves collaboration with diverse teams to guarantee that design specifications align with stakeholder needs and comply with industry standards. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a minimum of 4 years of experience in high voltage substation protection and control design. A solid understanding of protection methodologies, various relay manufacturers, and relevant industry codes such as IEEE and NESC is essential.
