Job description
**Job Title: Superintendent**
The Superintendent is responsible for managing daily construction operations, ensuring that projects are executed in a safe and efficient manner in alignment with established specifications. This role involves the coordination of teams and subcontractors while upholding precise project documentation and adhering to quality control measures. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or landscape construction, with a strong preference for those who have previous experience as a superintendent. Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore and AutoCAD is strongly preferred.
