Job description
**Job Title: Superintendent**
The Superintendent is responsible for coordinating all activities at job sites, which encompasses scheduling subcontractors, upholding quality standards, and supervising the construction process from the permitting stage through to project completion. Additionally, this role involves managing the customer experience and addressing warranty requests once the project is closed. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have two to four years of relevant construction experience. A strong ability to interpret construction documents and an understanding of building codes and local regulations are essential requirements for this position.
