Job description
The Superintendent oversees on-site construction operations, which involves organizing subcontractors, project teams, and equipment to guarantee the project’s success. This role includes ensuring adherence to safety regulations, formulating schedules, and relaying project needs to the Project Manager. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mid to large-scale construction projects, along with an OSHA 40 certification. While a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is desirable, significant relevant experience will also be taken into account.
