**Job Title: Production Supervisor**
The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing the automated packaging line’s operations, ensuring that production targets and safety protocols are adhered to. This role involves overseeing warehouse inventory, training staff, and troubleshooting both operational and customer-related challenges. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of supervisory experience within a distribution or warehouse setting. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, while a degree in Logistics or a similar discipline is highly desirable.
