Job description
**Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor**
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily front-of-house activities to deliver outstanding guest experiences and optimize team effectiveness. This position plays a key role in supporting management by overseeing team members, upholding operational standards, and aiding in both scheduling and training processes. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Additionally, applicants must have a valid California Food Handlers and RBS certificates upon hiring.
