**Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Supervisor**
The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor is tasked with delivering both technical guidance and operational oversight within the clinical lab, ensuring that all activities adhere to accreditation and safety regulations. This role includes staff management responsibilities, such as creating work schedules, conducting performance evaluations, and contributing to the development of the departmental budget. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting. Furthermore, candidates are required to possess a pertinent professional certification, such as those offered by ASCP or AMT.
