Job description
**Job Title: Emergency Department Manager**
Deliver direct oversight and round-the-clock accountability for the staff in the Emergency Department, ensuring the provision of top-notch, cost-efficient patient care. Manage the scheduling of staff on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, along with resource allocation, while engaging in leadership duties and quality enhancement efforts. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical nursing within the Emergency Department, including at least one year in a supervisory position. An active RN license in California and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are mandatory.
