**Job Title: Supervisor of Clinical Coordinator**
The Supervisor of Clinical Coordinator oversees patient capacity management, focusing on admissions, discharges, and patient flow to facilitate efficient care delivery. This role serves as an essential resource for nursing units, helps eliminate bottlenecks, and collaborates with medical leadership to ensure optimal bed usage. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a valid New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse License. Additionally, at least 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care environment is necessary, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
