**Job Title: Supervisor**
The supervisor is responsible for managing the daily functions of the department, which encompasses staffing, scheduling, and training initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional patient care and enhancing operational effectiveness. This role also involves partnering with the management team to formulate policies and track departmental performance metrics that align with the organization’s objectives. Prospective candidates should have a high school diploma or its equivalent, as well as a current LPN license issued by the State of Florida. Furthermore, a minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience is necessary, along with robust leadership and communication abilities.
