Job Summary
The role involves overseeing shift operations in a precision machining facility, focusing on enhancing equipment efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of products. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage manufacturing operations during assigned shifts.
- Supervise staff and coordinate workflow to maximize productivity.
- Drive process enhancement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related area is preferred.
