This role also encompasses HR responsibilities, including staff training, conducting performance reviews, and administering disciplinary measures for the telecommunications team. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years of experience in telecommunications or a related area. Preference will be given to candidates with previous supervisory experience.
