Job description
The supervisor will manage telecommunication operations by monitoring employee performance and handling emergency notifications. This role also encompasses HR responsibilities, including staff training, conducting performance reviews, and administering disciplinary measures for the telecommunications team. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years of experience in telecommunications or a related area. Preference will be given to candidates with previous supervisory experience.
