**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

This position involves directly mentoring team leaders and overseeing production timelines to align with customer requirements and efficiency objectives. A solid foundation in manufacturing supervision, particularly in continuous improvement practices such as Lean and Six Sigma, is essential. Candidates should exhibit proficiency in enforcing safety protocols, optimizing shift productivity, and effectively using SAP systems.
