Job Summary
The role involves connecting with suppliers through phone and email to discuss electronic payment alternatives, providing assistance with enrollment, and promoting the uptake of commercial card and ACH payments. The position also includes resolving common queries, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, tracking case developments, and escalating issues while ensuring adherence to quality and compliance benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Engage with suppliers via phone and email to clarify electronic payment options.
- Assist in the enrollment process and foster the adoption of commercial card and ACH payments.
- Investigate and solve routine inquiries related to electronic payments.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to facilitate effective communication.
- Document the progress of cases and escalate any exceptions that arise.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout all processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a related field.
- At least two years of direct experience in enabling suppliers for electronic payment solutions.
- Exceptional outbound communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Excel at a moderate level.
- Familiarity with CRM or case-management systems.
- Ability to manage a large volume of cases with precision in a compliance-focused environment.
