**Support Lead**
The Support Lead is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while providing training to team members on store policies and operational procedures. This position involves supervising daily store functions, managing the opening and closing routines, and supporting merchandising and inventory organization. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of one year of management experience. The role necessitates the ability to engage in physical activities, including lifting products, climbing ladders, and maintaining a flexible work schedule.
