**Sterile Processing Education Manager**
The Sterile Processing Education Manager is responsible for creating and executing comprehensive training programs that ensure personnel uphold required knowledge, certifications, and competencies. This role also involves supervising quality initiatives, infection control measures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards within the department. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in roles such as Sterile Processing Technician or Surgical Technologist. Furthermore, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working as a lead trainer or educator in sterile processing along with relevant certifications.
