Job description
**Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor**
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for guiding the production team, managing day-to-day operations, and upholding standards of safety, quality, and prompt delivery. This position entails recruiting, training, and inspiring team members while promoting ongoing enhancements and lean manufacturing practices. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting is necessary, with a preference for candidates with 5 years of experience. Applicants should have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety compliance, and familiarity with ERP systems.
