Job Summary
Intermountain Healthcare is looking for a skilled Surgical Technologist OR to become a vital member of our committed team in Golden, Colorado. This role is essential in supporting surgical procedures by ensuring that operations run smoothly and a sterile environment is consistently upheld. Our surgical technologists play a crucial role in prioritizing patient care while working in a supportive and collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are properly organized and ready for use.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare staff to provide optimal care.
- Participate in maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Surgical Technologist, preferably in an operating room setting.
- Certification in Surgical Technology is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
