Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist – OR plays a critical role in the surgical team by preparing for surgeries, maintaining a sterile environment, and providing essential support during operations. This position is vital to ensuring patient safety and the smooth operation of surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize the operating room prior to surgical procedures.
- Sterilize surgical instruments and ensure their availability for the surgical team.
- Assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment throughout the procedure.
- Handle and manage various surgical tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Surgical Technologist or a related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures and the use of surgical instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
