Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist / OR Tech – CST / ST to join our team in the Inland Northwest. This role is essential for maintaining a sterile environment and preparing surgical instruments to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care during procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize surgical instruments and supplies for surgical procedures.
- Ensure all instruments are sterile and functioning correctly before use.
- Assist the surgical team during operations to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons and nursing staff to support surgical procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices within the surgical setting.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required.
- Proven experience working in a surgical or operating room environment.
- Strong understanding of surgical instruments and sterile technique.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
