Job Summary
TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to become part of an adept surgical team located in San Luis Obispo, California. This role focuses on providing exceptional support during surgical procedures, maintaining the utmost level of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the operating room and instruments.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain sterile conditions throughout procedures.
- Provide support by anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an operating room setting is preferred.
- A completed Surgical Scrub Tech program is necessary.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and instruments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
