Develop and maintain Civil 3D survey drawings and models, and prepare deliverables such as ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, plats, legal descriptions, exhibits, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys. Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance, conduct quality reviews, improve drafting workflows, and mentor less experienced CAD staff. Requires at least six years of CAD Technician experience supporting survey, civil engineering, or related projects, advanced Civil 3D proficiency, and demonstrated experience preparing survey deliverables. Candidates should understand surveying principles and documentation, produce accurate complex drawings, collaborate effectively, and manage priorities and deadlines; an associate degree in CAD Drafting or a related field is preferred but not required.
