**Job Title: PCU Lead**
The PCU Lead is responsible for guiding and overseeing the operations of the Line 7 Syringe Filling unit, focusing on safety, quality, and financial outcomes across all shifts. This role encompasses managing team members, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, and adhering to FDA and international regulatory standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma with a minimum of 7 years of experience in cGMP aseptic manufacturing, or a bachelor’s degree coupled with at least 3 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory standards, and prior leadership experience in a production setting is essential.
