Job Summary
The System Administrator is responsible for delivering technical support within both workstation and networked settings. This role encompasses the installation and configuration of system components, as well as performing Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting. The administrator will oversee user account management and permissions across a range of secure domains while ensuring all operations adhere to established security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for workstations and networked systems.
- Handle the installation and configuration of system components.
- Conduct Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Manage user accounts and set permissions across secure domains.
- Ensure compliance with security requirements and protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration.
- Possession of a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Prior experience within DoD network environments.
