Job Summary
The Senior Associate Systems Administrator is responsible for overseeing and sustaining the organization’s computing frameworks, which encompass cloud services, network infrastructures, and Microsoft 365 environments. In addition to managing these areas, the individual will spearhead infrastructure initiatives, provide mentorship to fellow team members, and act as the ultimate technical resource for urgent system issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the company’s cloud infrastructure, networks, and Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Lead and execute key infrastructure projects to improve system performance and reliability.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for any system emergencies or critical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional systems administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking.
- Willingness to travel to various industrial locations as required.
