Job Summary
The Systems Delivery Manager is tasked with supervising business analysts, testers, and application support personnel throughout the entire delivery process. This role is crucial in managing team capacity, promoting process enhancements, and facilitating communication among development teams, business operations, and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of the full delivery lifecycle by leading business analysts, testers, and application support staff.
- Manage and optimize team capacity to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Drive modernization efforts in processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between development teams, business operations, and third-party vendors to foster collaboration.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in systems delivery is required.
- At least 5 years must be in a leadership role, supervising teams consisting of 10 or more members.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various project management methodologies is essential.
