Job Summary
This position involves spearheading a team of engineers to effectively implement and deliver intricate integrated test, measurement, and automation systems. The role focuses on overseeing project portfolios, guaranteeing timely completion of projects, and promoting team development through mentorship and alignment with sales and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in the execution and successful delivery of integrated systems.
- Manage and coordinate multiple project portfolios to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Encourage team growth through coaching and support.
- Collaborate strategically with sales and business stakeholders to align goals.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- At least 5 years in a management capacity, demonstrating leadership skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
