Job Summary
The Systems Engineer plays a vital role in delivering effective engineering support for the hardware and infrastructure utilized by the US Marine Corps (USMC). This position involves evaluating technical designs and requirements to ensure they meet stringent standards and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze technical designs and requirements for compatibility and compliance.
- Examine engineering change proposals to assess their impact on existing systems.
- Maintain and update documentation related to systems engineering processes.
- Support and facilitate technical reviews, ensuring thorough evaluations and compliance.
- Participate in configuration control boards to oversee changes in system configurations.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in systems engineering.
- A Secret security clearance is required, along with the ability to fulfill classified-access requirements.
